The living room area has an entertainment TV nook 80” wide, big enough for any big screen TV next to the fireplace. Overhead fan helps to spread air conditioning from overhead vent.

Gas/wood burning fireplace provides warmth and ambiance to the living room area.

The dining room area is shown in the picture to the left of the family room.  Behind the dining room is a hallway that goes to the bedrooms.

All rooms have shutter blinds, or vertical blinds.

The Smarthome wiring is setup for satellite TV, Verizon FIOS, or Cox fiber network.  For Internet, all rooms have an Ethernet connection that come from the master wiring box for the Internet service you choose.
