Minimum security deposit is $1500, required upon signature of rental agreement.
Monthly rent is $1200/mo, due before moving in.
Small Pets considered with $250/pet security
All utilities are paid for by tenant.
Must provide proof of employment with last 2 paycheck stubs.
Each application requires a non-refundable $50 fee and rental application filled out and signed to start the process of your background credit check. Everyone over 18 that will be living in the house must fill out a rental application. Mail the check and rental applications to the address on the application. Paying by PayPal is an option along with a faxed application to expedite processing.
If the rental agreement is approved the $50 credit check fee will apply toward the security deposit.
